Hello all,

I posted this recipe a few days ago on the LBYM board, but it occurred to me that you all might like to see it too. It's a pretty simple chicken recipe, but I loved it and I'm sure I'll make it over and over!

Garlic Breaded Chicken Tenders

1 lb of boneless chicken breast tenders (thawed)
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon salt
pinch of black pepper
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Combine bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic together.Dip chicken breast strips in beaten egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs. Cook the breaded strips butter in a skillet for about 6-8 minutes until they are no longer pink.

Serve with ranch dressing, bbq sauce, or marinara sauce.

I had 4 of these chicken tenders with a salad, and it made for quite a tasty dinner. I think the reason I like them so much is because the fresh garlic gives a kick to them. Next time, I'll probably add an extra clove just for fun.

Hope someone enjoys this like I did!
