Chris thank you for answering my question. I decided to buy some of the shares in the open market. The div yield is approximately 29%. On a annual basis they pay out $1.875 a share which at the current price of $7.00 You can get your money back in 4 years thru the div. Downside risk F could go bust but I don't see it likely.
