The inexhaustable power of the FED is hinged on the acceptance of its currency.

As long as the globe accepts the dollar having its prescribed value, the Fed is not constrained.

The countries above do not/did not issue a global currency.

Your argument should be, "What happens when the globe refuses the dollar" or "What would cause the globe to vacate the dollar" In either exodus instances, the US of A cannot "print" without immediate and detrimental consequences. As it stands, it is unrestrained.
