In looking at some of the recent stats on CZN, I notice that the PEG ratio is at 4.5. In addition, the forward P/E is just over 20. Both of those seem rather high to me. I'm not familiar with telecom to any extent so perhaps this is a norm.

Also, I'm wondering if CZN should be viewed with any growth in mind or if it is, for practical purposes, a defensive position. The stock price has gone basically nowhere for 15 years (outside of the occasional spike and then returning to the norm). It's seems to be "happy" in the $10-$15 price range. It appears that it's basically a pure dividend play.

Any other opinions would be appreciated.
