I don't pretend to understand all this stuff about Stored Value Cards and such. Any more informed Fools who might shed some light on this?

Stored value cards are similar to a prepaid credit card. The difference is that the Prepaid credit card requires more investigation by the bank. However citron reseach is run by an individual who is associated with previous regulatory problems in the past and is short the stock. I also want to point out that anybody who uses H&R Block to do their tax return, in all probability is not hiding millions of dollars on a stored value card. I hope this helps you. Bemely
