Clairence, I've DRIPed WTR for years and their has NEVER been a fee either for sending in more cash (checks really) or for reinvesting my dividends.

I don't hold my WTR stocks in an IRA or Coverdell account so I guess what you've quoted there is correct. Since you've gone to their web site you should have access to their 800 number. Why not give them a call if you're worried but I'm sure you'll learn that regular DRIP accounts are fee free.
