15m with clx

came up on Cramer a few days ago
said he like it better under $127

they are buying nutranex
700m for 200m in sales; dilutive until 2020 (CLX is about 2.6x sales)

hurt by higher input costs - freight and resin
vl suggests this continues into next Q
next Q looks boring - 1.30 vs 1.31 ly; 2.6% sales

high operating margin was 23.1% in 2010; low was 19.8% in 2012 (2017-2008); 21.6% in 2017 with 21.5% seen for 2018

the longer term is pretty boring though
is up 170% from the low in 2008
but 5273m sales that year, 6125 seen for 2018
don't know about acquisitions or divestments

it is a dividend achiever - goes up every year since 2002
96c per q or 3.84 or about 3%

from the last EPS Report
1% to 3% sales growth (unchanged)
$6.17 to $6.37 diluted EPS range (updated)

so at 20x the upper end
for a consumer company, min debt even with the acquisition
the namesake is 34% of 17 sales with 41% pretax profit
52 high and low is 123.64 to 150.4
so this is near the low end

it is just boring
with PPI up for a couple months
yield is interesting but it screams trade me
they don't really buy shares - not in the playbook
it is kinda depressing that the new acquisition won't do anything for profits for now
everybody loves vitamins - not sure where the moat is here

I scanned m* and ML
nothing here

it is a solid company
berkshire ought to buy it
