Thats not a bad return from divis , but you lost me on your buy dates.

I'm still open minded about MI as my first buys were based on this approach (Feb 2002) and I never sold them. At the moment they have given me 31% unrealised capital gain and 12% dividends (in the bank).

Wow was a great performer for sure.That port you quoted is by my maths around 45% made up of WOW and QAN;ie total value of around $32 grand & $14 grand in the two I mentioned that may be a situation that you might wanna adjust going forward.
