This reminds me of grafting scions onto root stock inorder for the plant, to produce desirable flowers, fruit, nuts, or berries. The next step, already in commerical operations, is to collect the tips of new plant growth, mash it up, seperate the cells, and grow each cell into a complete plants.

Perhaps beginning a new & improved volume. One that is more original to their own life rather than cloning someone else's?

Of course this comes from me, who has put out there on the boards some astoundingly poor spellings.
