CNC I am sure your question is clear to you. Not be me. We have all our funds at Vanguard. Some in managed mutual funds, some in index funds and two none Vanguard funds that are over half capital gains.

That said, I don't know what you are invested in (fund names or at least descriptive i.e. corporate bonds or healthcare) and if I understand you correctly you are suggesting putting all your funds in a single investment -- frankly something that makes me feel uneasy no matter what it is.
