I am considering the Florida College Tuition Reimbursement program. The basic idea is, give them approximately $6,000 now for a 4 year education at any of the 10 State universities. If Junior decides to attend another college, then you can transfer the money, along with 5% interest, to that college's program, assuming they participate in the plan.

My question is: is this worth doing? Wouldn't it be a better idea to invest in the Foolish Four and quit worrying about it? Then again, it is comforting to know that I can get a 4 year education for Junior at today's tuition rates. I'm stumped.
