I see AT&T, SBC and others accouncing services that "may" compete with Talk. It would appear to be driving the stock price down to its current levels. I am staying long. I don't see these players putting the competition until maybe late next year. What I am wondering is why wouldn't these competitors look at at Talk as a buyout to jumpstart their move into this market place? Talk has good financials and debt is being paid down. Talk has stated that the 4th quarter is inline with their expectations.
