Is it just me?

I stumbled on TMF three years ago, and have been
educated, entertained and enriched. The book could be as
significant a part of anyones education as math! Should be
required curriculuum...

I'm an absolute advocate. I've bought the Motely Fool Investment Guide as X-mas gifts for several friends and family. And the sites are so very enriching, I feel like I ought to pay some
of the Fools I read on the boards. Of all the things I've
invested time and energy into, TMF has been the most
rewarding ...by light years.

But the radio program. I'm even a little embarrased by the
glib, seemingly unrehearsed, and juvenile productions... The
book (Motely Fool Investment Guide) was well thought out.
But the radio just seems to wing it. The book tended towards
irreverent, contrarian and clever, really very clever. But the radio programs are
silly and sophomoric.

Yesterday the theme was "Love and Money". They did a lot
on Barry White. Questioned each other on their spousal
relationships, (but only did quick, cute and smarta** takes at
that), while promising for the last half hour to review the top
ten stocks ( ranked for message board hits). I was anxious to
hear it. By the time they finally got around to the serious
content (those top ten stocks) they rushed David's "Takes"
on each stock, and still ran out of time before going down the
list!

These guys are practically family. I love what they've done,
and the movement they've generated. It's just one guy's
opinion, but I just feel it's time for the Gardeners and TMF to
show some growth and maturity. To evolve with the rest of
us into happy but serious players.

( I really don't ever want to
see the gerbils message when the boards are down...)

C'mon guys. I know you can do much better.

Friendly and Hopefully Contructive Criticism.
