A recent poster noticed a discrepancy in the scores, so I decided to repost a corrected version of this analysis below. I have not adjusted any of the other text from the original post.

Here's my redone ranker for SEBL. I used the wrong figures for sales in my first post.
I should have caught it by the flow ratio being so low.

Siebel Systems is the current leader in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
I've evaluated SEBL vs Oracle who could be a future competitor and vs. Dendrite who is a
current competitor but only in a subset of what Siebel does. I believe that PeopleSoft,
Nortel and SAP are moving away from being compeitors with SEBL.
