Could it have been part of the agreement to acquire > 10% of BAC?Sure.That's the leading theory.But it doesn't necessarily explain the timing.If you wanted to switch from one horse to the other, you'd ideally want it to be a moment that your current horse is relatively fully valued--based on the price ratio between the two.Maybe the regulatory permission also included limits on timing.Jim
