Count me a many year satisfied customer for many things ... forming a corporation, wills and trusts, etc., etc. I don't think I have ever wanted the attorney completely out of the loop, but the Nolo material really clarifies issues so that one knows much more what one wants when on talks to the attorney. My trusts and such have all had the complication of a beneficiary who could not inherit directly for one reason or another so a twist that is a bit beyond what Nolo can cover. Someone with simpler needs might not need the attorney.
