It looks like Crew is trading at a lag on Canadian market with regard to the Norway market anyway. At the moment its at 9.4 Norwegian Kroner on volume of over 4 millon for the day there and up only 2.17 %. currency converter gave me this:
9.4 Norwegian Kroner = 1.78587 Canadian Dollar

That's a fairly big lag. Crew's 52 week High on the Canadian market came at a premium level to the Oslo trading. $1.75 at the time and the Norway exchange was at a near high there too, but it was only about $1.58 or so at the conversion rate then I think.
