Crew just released news of a partner interested in Mindoro nickel project. And that testing would begin immediately. Market trading took the news as very good pushing Crew's share price up on both Oslo and TSX.

The project is still in earlier stages than Dynatec's Madagascar nickel project IMO, unless this new consortium already has sourced $2 billion already.

Duane ........

It's getting so that The Phillipines and Brazil are about the only mining-friendly places on the planet.

Guess I shoulda' stuck with Crew a while longer !

Best 'o' luck

Wayne,

Viva Mexico!!!

Apart from Metallica's intermittant negative experiences at Cerro San Pedro in SLP - everybody else down there has had a pretty good thing going on from a "friendliness to the mining sector" point of view.

Check it out.

El Sauzal (GLG) went online last year.
Platosa (EXN)test mine shipped ore last week.
Minefinder's (MFN) bankable feasibility announced today.
Pan American Silver (PAAS) go-ahead for Alamo Dorado.
Palmarejo (PJO) going great-guns drilling away at Temoris.
Gammon Lake(GRS) buying new tonka-toys for developing Ocampo.
Agnico-Eagle buying into Pinos Altos.
Wheaton River (new Goldcorp)buying Bermejal & Los Filos in Morelos Gold belt.

Probably missed a few. New mines coming on line as we type away.

Saludos,
