I received a proxy regarding a proposal to move the ANF state of incorporation from Delaware to Ohio. In glancing through their argument for doing so, it sure seems like it is in the best interests of the board rather than the shareholders although they do get rid of some supermajority rules.

What does someone who understands this a little better think?

not to start a rumor, but is a "transfer of ownership" in the works?
