The new ceo needs to travel coach and experience the lousy service that United has provided in the past few years. Cancelled and delayed flights are United standards. Inadequate information to the waiting public. Jammed seating. American has provided full room throughout coach, not just in the first few rows.
Did you ever see the lines to check in at Ohare airport in Chicago? I always try to choose a different airline than United because of the lines, delays etc.
The airline should have ads apolgizing for the poor service and do something about delays. Fewer flights. More service personnel to make checking in more pleasant. When there are delays, there should be apologies and explanations. Not just information that this flight is cancelled.
