Like the others I don't think there is anything wrong with offering to beat other people's price. What I would be concerned about is that it sounds like your ad says we do everything and we do it cheaper.

If this is the message that you want to send to your customer you may be OK. However, what I would think hard about is what is the message that you want to conveye and who do you want to conveye it to. In particular why will people who see your ad respond to your ad and if competitors also advertise in this paper why will they pick your ad over theirs.
