D*mn it! I want to say something deeply profound here but I can't except reading back tonight I caught a thread; "What a joke" I believe.

The gist of the thread was that awards always go to the least deserving. That interested me because I picked my only other nominee precisely because he's the type to easily overlook: Vulstock.

Vulstock probably has the shortest average post length at the FOOL. Often all he posts to a query is a URL but he takes the time to find it for you.

So tonight I want to nominate another "missable" poster:DFish (Dave Fish).

Dave's uniqueness is that he is an extremely trusted poster despite having a vested interest being on the DRIP boards. He is the representative from MoneyPaper magazine.

At the same time his posting to queries not related to MP is insightful, thourough, professional, humourous and above all honest. He has managed to build a following because he has been able to keep his interests with MP seperate from honestly solicited queries.

In the financial world I don't think there is a higher descriptive adjective tha "trusted". Dave Fish is certainly that.

Besides he's a Boston Bruins fan so I had to take pity on him.
