                  bringing you "The Power to Sign Online(TM)" announced today the availability of CIC's biometric electronic signature
                  solutions for the IBM (NYSE: IBM) ThinkPad(R) TransNote(TM).

                  Sign-It 3.0(R) enables legally binding electronic handwritten signatures within Microsoft(R) Word and Adobe(R)
                  Acrobat(R) 4.0 which are compliant with current legal and regulatory requirements. Used in conjunction with the pen
                  enabled TransNote, this combined solution enables large enterprises to seamlessly implement paperless workflow
                  processes using the latest in technologies from the industry leaders in the mobile computing and biometric electronic
                  signature markets. CIC's Sign-it server component provides the additional functionality needed to enable system
                  administrators to easily manage user profiles within their enterprise.

                  The ThinkPad TransNote integrates paper and ink with a mobile computer. Its versatile form factor features a ThinkPad
                  mobile computer with touch-screen and the ThinkScribe(TM) digital notepad that captures handwritten notes and transfers
                  them to the computer where they can be organized and searched.
