Trying to find updates on certain REITs kept running into bond repurchases.

KIM repurchases some 3.20% bonds at $1016 and BRX repurchased some 3.875% bonds for $1049.

Normally used to companies buying back debt at a discount, is the premium to do:

1) Markets thinking the above REITs are doing "reasonably well".
2) The Fed has driven bond prices up for just about everything else.
3) Rates are so low, also due to the Fed.
4) One or more of the above.
