If you have a local radio station that takes stories of hardships you may want to contact them and send them copies to proove your case. A lot of companies do not like their activities out in the open. If they are doing this to you, then there isd a good chance they are doing it to others. If the others see someone getting public attention for the same thing that is happening to them what do you think will happen. It will send a feeding frenzy into the public eye, and possibly cause a classaction suit to be initialized. It works. also call, email your attorney general, the better business bureau, your local representatives, check to see your rights have not been violated by their actions. If you are in litigation with whom you owe and it has been active involvement you may be able to suit them. Do not back down. The answer is daily persistance. Demand they cease and decist. call them daily to see if they made the payment. They hate that. Not as much as the negative publicity. Hope this helps.
