Definitely room for more than one. I would say the biggest competitor to these two is Microsoft.

So with that being said, I can picture a scenario where TEAM acquires SMAR or MSFT acquires SMAR (or heck maybe even acquires TEAM?!).

Anaplan is an interesting wildcard here. Not a direct competitor because Anaplan is focused on the financial strategy niche (what's primarily done through Excel now), but I can see synergies between Anaplan and Atlassian as well.

Can't see Microsoft acquiring Anaplan because Anaplan's stated mission is to kill Excel...that wouldn't be easy to explain.
