Depends what you need. They are nothing more than compression socks, but you might need more. What does your doctor recommend? Or is this just something you have tried and liked?Good ones are expensive and have a relatively short (6 mo?) useful life. Medicare generally requires items have a useful life of three or more years to quality as DME (Durable Medical Eqpt) under Part B.
