From today's WSJ.  As a former Michigander, I'm not shocked (though perhaps rocked) that Detroit seems to be the only one of the major 20 metro areas to show a net decline in home prices since the inception of the Case-Schiller index.  No kidding, you can buy a house for probably less than the value of the wood in it.  Full article here.
