Sorry to hear the news. I know you are a very frugal person and I'm sure fat is nonexistant in your budget but, $2200/month is a lot for a single person. I'm sure rent is the largest individual monthly expense you have.
I really know you'll hate this idea and, I'm sure you thought of it as well but, is it possible to break your lease and move back home until this all gets sorted out?
In any event, I wish you the best in finding a job quickly.

Idisagree with the comment from the poster that said it was wrong to use credit cards without means to pay. It is wrong to use them with no intention of paying {which isn't in the cards for you} but, it isn't wrong to use them in a real pinch regardless of employment. I wouldn't put off things like health care,food, expenses for a job hunt out of town, etc. because I didn't want to use credit cards because I had no job.
From your previous posts, I can tell you're level headed and will know when to use them and when not too. Again, good luck!
