Did this make it back into the final bill?I don't believe so. Below is a summary of the major provisions of SB 1, which is the one that passed, followed by a link to the actual enrolled bill text. They're a little different than SB 7, which is the one discussed in the article you cited, and which didn't get passed. There don't appear to be any provisions that relate to the number or distribution of polling places, just some provisions relating to how and when temporary structures can be used as polling locations.
