I am 69 years old with a retirement income from Social Security, Military, and other small pensions of 76860. My current mix is a few individual stocks but it is mostly mutual funds and some cash. I have been thinking that I should sell bonds and invest more in Index funds and ETFs since I have a good fixed income. What are your thoughts on this? I am a member of Stock Advisor but I need to gain more knowledge before I invest in more individual stocks.
