Straight from the horse's mouth:

NEW YORK, March 23, 2009 -- The Board of Directors of American Express Company today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.18 per common share, payable on May 8, 2009 to shareholders of record on April 3, 2009.

So, is it possible AXP is the only major financial company out there that did NOT reduce or eliminate the dividend?
