Hi Jim,

With DLB's recent slide, and today's even further drop, just curious what your model says for the future projections priced into DLB. Any chance of it approaching MUE status?

Thanks,
Fletch

Hadn't run it before.

Predicted price $49.87 (yesterday's close)

Discount rate 15.0%
TTM Earnings $263
Growth 1-5 22.0%
Growth 5-10 11.0%
Growth term 2.5%
# shares 112.1

Historical growth
1-year 4.9%
3-year CAGR 13.1%
5-year CAGR 31.7%

Heh, not too promising using the most basic definition of FCF (CFFO - capex).

Using $46.18 (recent price), changes to 20.5% / 10.2% / 2.5% at 15% discount.

Cheers,
Jim

Interesting. That puts a different spin on the stock for me. Maybe not quite the bargain afterall.

Thanks Jim.

Hi Fletch,

Remember, that's with a 15% discount rate. Using a 12% discount and today's close of $46.11, the numbers come down to 14.2% / 7.1% / 2.5%.

It really depends on what your assumptions are.

Cheers,
Jim
