Do these costs include the cost of disposal of the nuclear waste generated by the nuclear power plants? It costs a lot to store this stuff safely for a quarter of a million years. Do they even make enough profit in their lifetime to pay for this, even if the stockholders are stiffed?

NO! The nuclear industry is only responsible for the decommissioning. The federal government is responsible for the final storage.

The federal government has collected a big pot of money for a final storage /site/facility. They spent years and $billions on Yucca Mountain which saw lots of studies, research, design and exploratory construction, but the project has been cancelled.
