Does anyone here know what, if any, federal or state(MI) deduction can be used for the hefty amount of lot rent paid out over a year in a manufactured housing community?

I can't speak to MI taxes, but there is no deduction I can think of for this rent on your federal return. You can, of course, deduct the property taxes on your coach, assuming that you own the coach. I assume this is your residence and not used for business. If it's business property, the rent would be deductible as any other business expense.
