Don't neglect your teeth--get them cleaned & examined at least once a year, and be sure to brush morning & evening & floss once a day (dental care can be expensive!). Is there a dental school w/low-cost clinic near you?

Excellent advice. Also see if there is a community college near you with a dental assistant program. I go to one in St Louis that my Medicaid covers. If it didn't, I would never pay more than $30 for a visit. Another thing I do in addition to bruthing & flossing is I run one of those rubber-tipped "picks" dipped in toothpaste between my teeth. I've also purchased a water pick which several dentists have recommended to me. Watch for sales. Also, Bed Bath & Beyond sends out coupons for 20% off regularly that can be used even after expiration. Good luck with everything!
