Don't forget the stockholder's committee.

"Stockholder Committee Hires Financial and Legal Experts
On Monday evening, April 22, the stockholder committee hired two experts to assist with opposition to the company sponsered reorganization plan.
The first is Frank Zolfo. Frank is a financial consultant and founding partner of Zolfo, Cooper LLC, New York. Frank has retired from active practice but he feels our cause is worthy and has volunteered to help us.
The second is Victor A. Sahn, Esq. of Sulmeyer, Kupetz, Baumann & Rothman, Los Angeles. Victor is the top bankruptcy person at this nationally recognized firm.
Frank and Victor have already begun work and will be presenting their credentials to the court in the near future. As is customary in cases of this type, they will be asking the court to pay for their services on behalf of our committee. "

The proceedings will take a while, and I can't see any reason why shareholders shouldn't be able to represent themselves in the process.

Good luck to all shareholders!
