Dreamer - I don't use FIBI so I don't really know what I'm talking about, but the time-out issue sounds more like an FIBI thing than anything to do with the new bill pay. As you point out, the bill pay function is an entirely separate site, you're away from FIBI longer than their parameters allow. You may want to see in some "options" feature if you can set your own time-out period (within FIBI).

Just a thought, although it sounds like a reasonable first experience for such a major change.
