Greetings US Fools,

I'm very bullish about a uk stock uk :apc , which provides a component for the adsl industry.

Its a vertical supplier to OEM's so will be spared a lot of the teething troubles of horizontal competition etc

My concern is over the bad stories coming over from US from companies such as DSL.Net. I have a few foolish questions here:

1/ Any foolish thoughts on US Deployment of DSL? Is cable king?

2/ Are US companies cutting back on investment?

3/If they are why? Is it due to lack of take up or funding problems now telecoms stock has been hammered or just over competition in the market?
