Duke Energy --- formerly Duke Power, is a large utility that has a no cost DRIP I've been using for years.

I see that I've accumulated shares with a market value of about $35,000 over the years. Last year I reinvested dividends of $373 at the beginning of the year and $403 for the 4th quarter dividend.

Share prices were $17.53 when the first quarter dividend was reinvested and $21.71 when the 4th quarter dividend was reinvested at no cost.

You can make your initial stock purchase through the DRIP plan at no cost, and there are aren't any fees except probably for selling.

I think you can get information on the DRIP plan by writing
