Spring "super sweet" corn has begun to come in (from Florida, I assume) and is now often 5 ears for $1 in local supermarkets. Time to enjoy it!

Cooking corn on the cob is easy in the microwave. Friends taught us long ago that you husk what you want, wash it, place it in a large enough microwavable tray or dish with just a little water, cover with plastic wrap, and then nuke the ears for 3 minutes per ear -- regardless of how many are in there. Comes out delicious!
