Great job on IRAs. The most systematic plain English writeup on those. Whold you like to rewrite all IRS' instructions? Would be a great help...

On more serious note, after reading rollover provisions in your article, I have a couple of questions. I'm married; both me and my wife have 1 brother. All 4 of us under age of 30 but have no need for Education IRA. Can we still establish them, adding 500 per year until we are 30 for the purpose of rolling it over to my son's IRA, who is now 2 months old? Also, my brother is well above the income sealing on Edu IRA. Can someone else contribute to his IRA anyway?
