You should have had an exit interview near graduation with the financial aid people during which they would have gathered info from and for you that would guarantee the loan company would have contact with you. On the bright side, you should have a grace period (unless you missed the application period) that would prevent you from having to pay too much interest. I would suggest contacting your lender directly.
