Started reading Elmore Leonard a few years ago because I've liked several of the movies based on his books. Jackie Brown (based on the book Rum Punch) was great, and the book even better, which is usually the case. Out of Sight, great. Haven't read "Get Shorty" but I really liked the movie. Can anyone speak for the book?

I've read a few of his books that haven't been made into movies. Cuba Libre was excellent, and Pagan Babies wasn't bad. I'm in the middle of Tishomingo Blues, which I think may be his most recently published book. Decent so far, but not knocking my socks off.

Any other Leonard fans out there? Recommendations?
