I take back some of what I wrote in my OP.
-

As pointed out by CABob, the toll-free number is revealed by
clicking on "Contact Us".
-
My trouble was my browser, MS IE. When I clicked on "Contact Us",
I got the same response as with "Learn More".
-
Yesterday I used AOL to access EmigrantDirect. All the links responded properly, and I found answers to most of my questions.
For example, that you are limited to six debits per statement cycle.
-
But when does the statement cycle end?

How can I cure that disease in my MS-IE browser?

How can I cure that disease in my MS-IE browser?

That site (like many sites) requires Javascript. You may have turned Javascript off, because it can be a security problem in IE.

The problem with IE is that it is so suseptible to new diseases. I strongly recommend that Windows users use Firefox instead of IE for browsing.

In fact, at my office (I'm an IT Manager), I don't allow Windows users to use IE because of all the spyware & viruses that spread through flaws in IE.

If you want to get firefox, go here:

Just today I found that one needs to hold down the "Ctrl" button
when left-clicking on a link.
