re: compounding compounding compounding. The secret to a wealthy healthy portfolio.

re: appetizers - O, MAIN, VNR, GOOD, CRF - monthly dividend checks as a starter kit.

Peruse the following and the above appetizers at your leisure. For the Conservative folder, you can collect checks quarterly.

Conservative Perpetual Income folder - Basically, set it and forget it!

YUM, AGO, GILD, CINF, HLF, CTSH, NUAN, IPGP, PRXL, ACOR, GEOS, NUS, NSP.

JNJ, MO, ABT (watch for the Delta-9 drugs), PM, MCD, INTC, V, WFC, ORCL, AAPL, AIG, ABBV (watch for the Delta-9 drugs), ORI, QCOM, IBM.

TEVA, MRVL, RIG, SIEGY, SFUN, NOAH, EDU, ED, AAPL.

How about getting 3 checks a week for the rest of your life...... as a little ATM that could if you need Emergency monies.

Portfolio's 1 of 12 - Monthly Perpetual Income coming in that it is paid per week folder. Week 5 is paid and or a bonus.

Week 1: JLS - JMT - NBB

Week 2: HYG - CMF - CLY

Week 3: MAIN - SCM - CRT

Week 4: CEFL - DVYL - DVHL

week 5: EDI - SBR - PSF

Or, 5 checks a month by picking a column or pick a week. You have all kinds of options within your Business Plan, or for some it is a Trading/Investing plan.

Or how about 24 to 36 checks every week.

Note !

A dividend-paying stock's ex-dividend date is very important to investors. In a nutshell, if you buy a dividend stock before the ex-dividend date, then you will receive the next upcoming dividend payment. If you purchase the stock on or after the ex-dividend date, you will not receive the dividend.

The converse of this rule also holds true -- if you sell a stock before the ex-dividend date, you will not receive the dividend, but if you sell on or after the ex-dividend date, you will.

Note !

Special Dividend Dates:

Had to have owned the stock before the "DIV RECORDING DATE". Not on, but before, in order to receive the Special Dividend check.

A reminder: As share price decreases, dividend yield increases (and vice-versa).

I have not changed my rules for looking for stocks that are yielding 6% or greater. If not....

they must pay greater than $1.21 annually and or pay greater than $0.11 at the minimum for monthly and $ 0.34 per quarter.

The above rules are locked in concrete and easy to remember. It is in the "Business Plan."

However, when scanning for well-paying dividend-paying stocks, we shoot for 2 dollars. Anything over $1.21 is a bonus.

Millionaire in a short period of time. Let's stay focused.

Once you collect all of the appetizers, we have to move on to the Portfolio 1 of 8.

Let's stick to the first column and buy them top down. Each month with your $1,000.00 buy the first one on the list. Next month the second on the list, next month the third on the list, next month the fourth on the list and finally the 5th on the list. Keep an eye on the ex-div date for the first time purchase.

JLS

HYG

MAIN

CEFL

EDI

Since MAIN has been bought from way above, you can if you want, buy a few more shares.(I would)

Once that column is complete, move on to the next column.

JMT

CMF

VNR

DVYL

SBR

Again, since VNR has been bought, from way above, you can if you want, buy more shares.(I would)

Once that column is complete, move on to the next column.

NBB

CLY

MORL

DVHL

PSF

While you were in the process of buying all the above stocks. You should have been receiving some dividend checks per each column. Kewl so far.

Leave them alone, do not touch it yet. Keep a running tab per each column. It is very important as you will see very soon.

Now, the fun begins and the money and volume of shares will grow rapidly all automatically. Or basically snowball and very easy to manage.

Now, go back to the first column starting with JLS...etc

With ALL the Dividends you received for the first Column buy on the first business day of the month and BUY more shares of JLS plus add the $250.00. In other words...Dividends plus $250.00 buy more shares of JLS.

The following month on the first business day, BUY HYG with ALL the dividends you received for the column and buy more shares plus add the $250.00. In other words.. Dividends plus $250.00 buy more shares of HYG.

Kewl so far. You're going to see a pattern as we go along. It gets to be boring, but somebody has to do it. Green will be your favourite colour.

The following month on the first business day, BUY MAIN with ALL the dividends you received for the column and buy more shares plus add the $250.00. In other words...Dividends plus $250.00 buy more shares of MAIN.

The following month on the first business day, BUY CEFL with ALL the dividends you received for the column and buy more shares plus add the $250.00. In other words...Dividends plus $250.00 buy more shares of CEFL.

The following month on the first business day, BUY EDI with ALL the dividends you received for the column and buy more shares plus add the $250.00. In other words...Dividends plus $250.00 buy more shares of EDI.

Kewl so far. Now, repeat the procedure for column 2 while column 1 is in progress.

while column's 1 and 2 are in progress, repeat the procedure for column 3.

Now, that you understand how to buy more shares with ALL the dividends plus adding additional monies as noted above, the real fun will begin when you will be doing all three (3) columns at the same time.

Bottom line you should be buying more shares with 3 stocks ALL at the same time each month on the first business day of each month. Total time to pull the trigger is 15 minutes of werk every month and you're done for the month other than reviewing PAY DATES and be on the lookout for Stock Splits and Reverse Stock splits.

I have completed Portfolio's 1 of 12 and portfolio's 2 of 12.

I now Dividend re-invest 6 stocks all at the same time on the first business day of the month. If you look at it, I get a check every day of the month. 6 checks a week when there are 5 working days a week. 30 stocks to manage. Total time 30 minutes of werk every month and become a millionaire in a short period of time.

If and when you complete the task of portfolio 1 of 12, you can then move on to Portfolio 2 of 12 and repeat the procedure.

Week 1 - NBD - PCN - JPW
Week 2 - CIU - DIV - AGZ
week 3 - VGI - DSL - EPR
week 4 - EDF - GYLD - EVT
week 5 - PCEF - DTD - GAINP

Allocations of dollars. The $250.00 is like a make-believe car payment. In other words, pay thy self. You can change the allocations if you want.

You can change if you want and cut the time down in setting up the initial setup per column by changing the words such as MONTH to WEEK.

eg.....

Let's stick to the first column and buy them top down. Each week (Monday) with your $1,000.00 buy the first one on the list. Next WEEK the second on the list, next WEEK the third on the list, next WEEK the fourth on the list and finally the 5th on the list. Keep an eye on the ex-div date. Review the Notes that was provided on the Perpetual Income sheet.

When all said and done, you will then be on a monthly schedule for Portfolio's 1 of 12. And then repeat the whole process for Portfolio's 2 of 12.

Just a thought,
