Hope everyone's enjoying the latest run up in Apple stock...

I was getting an error code -36 which is translated as : I/O error (bummers) off of one hard drive in my G4. It's the one dedicated to iTunes and has ~40GB of music. The problem is intermittent, and when it occurrs there's an audible click,(rough sound), click,(rough sound, click,(rough sound) for about qo seconds then an error message occurs.
This is a hard drive that's only two years old, so I'm thinking it's a warranty thing with Seagate

Any opinions or suggestions about what's going on?

thanks,

David/sf
