I will be receiving a distribution from my employer's
ESOP. The plan is being discontinued. I think that I want to roll the
monies over into an IRA account so that I can use the monies for college
tuition. Can this be done? What are the tax consequnces? How long must the
monies be in the IRA account? What are the rules? What other alternatives
exist so that I have access to the monies?
