Even though First Chicago Trust and Equiserve combined at some point - the stocks they deal with (at least by phone) are still separated.

I've had similar problems when requesting the DRiP info...after some explaining I did receive the info - with the enrollment card removed. I guess they (First Chicago) thought I would try to enroll in the DRiP (Coca-Cola at the time) without actually having any shares.

Actually, your best source for current DRiP status - it right here on the DRiP boards. The odds are in your favor someone viewing these boards own stock in the companies you are interested in.
