My exercise program in retirement costs me $50.00 a month at the club. I refused to sign a contract, that is why it is more.

The first thing that happened to me in my first 4 months of retirement was I seemed to loose muscle. I used to do a lot of heavy lifting all day long. So I joined a club. It has really helped. I love the support I get. And I have learned a lot. And I am almost back to the size I was 5 months ago. I hate giving it up, but that $50.00 a month can go to my mortgage payments for the next 4 years. Wow: $2,400.00 toward my mortgage.

But, now I need ideas on how to keep motivated. I own various lb weights, a stepper, exersise band and videos. We have a clubhouse with a bike and treadmill. Maybe I can find an exercise buddy. Any more ideas?
